Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments are very important to our Healthy Skin Spa team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or “no shows” become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

• Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of service amount

As a courtesy, we do call and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER. Cash and Checks are also accepted.
Spa Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
Please present your Spa Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Healthy Skin is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other personal information as appropriate. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and/or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to book your appointment.
